The pool was officially opened in February 2014. It is a heated Olympic size pool with 10 lanes in the length or 20 lanes in the width. The pool is used for international galas, water polo, syncronised swimming, underwater hockey and many more activities. It is banked by grassy knolls on two sides and has convenient ablutions as well as plentiful parking nearby.
