We can facilitate venue bookings for a meeting; seminar or workshop; small- or large-scale sporting events, conferences, or a film shoot. We have dedicated knowledgeable staff to help you find the perfect fit. Our team is driven and passionate about guiding you through the steps to help make your event a success with us.
Film and Still Shoots
We can accommodate large scale complex film shoots to intimate still shoots in any corner of our campuses. Stellenbosch University has the right space for your next shoot.
We boast 5 campuses with varying terrain and backdrops in the Western Cape. We have a diverse range of indoor and outdoor locations, historic and modern and some one-of-a-kind landmarks.
Conferences and Business Events
Our office has a dedicated Conference Liaison who builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communication and coordinates activities amongst all stakeholders along the conference and business event journey. We are conference specialists that understand the complexities involved in hosting a modern conference. You are encouraged to focus on your area of academic expertise while we take care of the rest in partnership with a Professional Conference Organiser.
